Certifications and compliance
Track which certifications a product holds, needs, or is pending.
Certifications — like organic, non-GMO, or gluten-free — are tracked per product so you always know where each one stands.
Certification statuses
- In place — the certification is verified with evidence on file.
- Pending — you have started the process or uploaded partial evidence.
- Missing — the certification is not yet set up for this product.
You will find the certification snapshot on the Labels & Claims tab of any product. Each entry shows its status and links to the evidence that supports it.
Important
A certification is only as strong as its evidence. Keep certificates current — expired documents move a certification back to Pending.
