Understanding the product page

The Overview and Labels & Claims tabs, explained.

5 min read•Products

Every product page has exactly two tabs. Keeping it to two means you always know where to look.

Overview tab

Overview is all about the product itself: its ingredient list, the supplier and company behind it, and recommended next actions. There is also a Packaging button that opens packaging details. This tab is intentionally free of scores and compliance — it is your at-a-glance profile of the product.

Labels & Claims tab

This is where readiness lives. You will find the product’s status, its assessment and scores, a certification snapshot, and the full list of claims. Filter claims by status to focus on what still needs work, and click any claim to open its details.

  • Upload Evidence and Download buttons sit at the top of this tab.
  • The readiness banner tells you the single most important thing to do next.
  • Certification snapshot shows which certifications are in place, pending, or missing.

Note

Scores and certifications intentionally do not appear on the Overview tab. Look for them under Labels & Claims.
